1. แสดงความปรารถนา ขอร้อง หรือ คำสั่ง
Verb
+ to infinitive
เช่น He asked me to wash his car. (ขอร้อง)
2. แสดงวัตถุประสงค์ หรือ เหตุผล
เช่น She gets up early to see the
sunrise.
3. ปกติถ้าแสดงวัตถุประสงค์ทั่วๆ ไป จะใช้ for
+ gerund
